- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda, salt, and a few cranks of black pepper together. Add egg, melted butter, and sour cream and mix until just combined. Fold in bacon and cheese.
- Using a spoon, drop biscuits by the spoonful onto prepared baking sheet 2” apart.
- Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Let cook on baking sheet for 10 minutes.
