Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C in fan oven), 400°F, gas 6 and grease and oven-proof dish.

Cook the noodles according to the directions on the packet and then drain.

3.

Mix together the egg yolks, sugar, quark, milk, raisins and 2 tbsp melted butter until smooth. Stir in the noodles. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in.

4.

Pour the mixture into the dish, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and the remaining (flaked) butter. Bake for 40 minutes until golden brown.
