- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In 6-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Transfer to medium bowl; cool to room temperature.
- Add ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, milk, chutney, ketchup, salt, and sage to bowl; combine just
until well blended but not overmixed. Spoon mixture into 9-inch by 5-inch metal loaf pan; press down gently. Cover with foil and bake until meat thermometer inserted in center of meat loaf registers 170 degrees F, about 1 hour. Cool in pan 10 minutes; turn out onto warm platter and slice.
